The 5th and final race of this year's Jedermannlauf series organized by LG Donau-Ries took place in Wemding on December 11, 2022, with the run to the Fairy Tale Forest. With temperatures just below freezing, approximately 350 runners lined up at the start. The beautiful course, lightly covered with snow, led past Doosweiher to Hagauer Höhe and back to Robertshöhe, featuring some elevation changes. In the women's category, Lena Homburger from VSC Donauwörth crossed the finish line first, while Tobias Gröbl from LG Zusam celebrated his first victory in the men's category.
